1. Who you are buying from

The book is sold by [trading name], a business established in Malta, in the European Union. Graham Bennett is a pen name; the trading entity named here is the seller and the party you contract with. Full seller details appear on your Stripe receipt.

Questions about these terms go to [contact email].

2. What you get and how it arrives

A 130-page illustrated PDF, delivered to the email address you enter at checkout. There is no printed copy, no app, and no subscription. The page count, the format, and the full chapter list are published on the sales page before you buy, so nothing about the contents is a surprise.

Delivery is automatic and usually immediate, though it can take a few minutes depending on your email provider. A download link is also shown on screen as soon as payment completes, so you do not have to wait for the email.

Providing a valid email address you can actually access is your responsibility. If the book has not arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder first, then write to [contact email] and it will be re-sent the same day.

3. Price and payment

The price is $19 in US dollars. If you are outside the United States, Stripe may display and charge an equivalent amount in your own currency; the converted figure shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no automatic renewal of any kind.

Prices may change for future buyers without notice. The price displayed when you buy is the price you pay, and it does not change afterwards.

4. Refunds and cancellation

All sales are final. Because the book is digital content delivered immediately on purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) once the book has been delivered.

By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

This does not leave you without recourse. If a technical problem prevents you from accessing what you paid for, such as an email that never arrived, a link that expired, or a corrupted file, write to [contact email] and it will be fixed or the book re-sent, at no charge. A duplicate charge for the same order is an error rather than a sale, and is refunded in full. The full position is set out on the refund policy page.

5. Your licence to use the book

The book is licensed to you, one reader, for personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive use. You may keep it on your own devices and print a copy for your own bag.

You may not resell it, share it, upload it, republish it, or reproduce any part of it for anyone else, in any format, whether or not money changes hands. All content on this website and in the book, including text, illustrations, diagrams, and layout, is the property of [trading name] and is protected by copyright. That copyright is not transferred by the sale.

6. What is not promised

This is golf instruction offered in good faith and for educational purposes. No particular distance, score, or handicap is guaranteed.

The distance figures quoted on the sales page are typical ranges for a driver swing of roughly 70 mph, drawn from published launch-monitor data and teaching experience. They are realistic expectations, not promises. Individual results vary with equipment, fitness, health, practice, technique, and the courses and conditions you play in.

7. Health and physical activity

Golf is a physical activity. The techniques and drills in this book are general instruction and are not medical advice, physiotherapy, or a treatment plan.

Consult a physician before beginning this or any exercise programme, particularly if you have a heart condition, joint replacements, back or neck problems, arthritis, balance difficulties, or any condition affected by physical exertion. Nothing in the book should hurt. Sharp pain, dizziness, or chest discomfort means stop immediately and seek medical attention.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [trading name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the book. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here removes any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of this website, to circumvent any download protection, or to obtain the book by any means other than purchase. Sharing your download link publicly, or raising a chargeback on a delivered file without contacting us first, results in the loss of access to the download and to future editions.

10. Changes to the book and these terms

The contents of the book may change. Every corrected, revised, and expanded edition is sent to existing buyers at no charge, to the address used at purchase, for as long as the book is published. What you bought is yours at the price you paid.

These terms may be updated from time to time, with the new date posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The terms in force at the moment of your purchase govern that purchase.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and applicable European Union law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Maltese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence that may apply.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We would much rather you wrote to us first, and nearly everything is solved the same day.

12. Contact
