Refund Policy
Last updated 31 August 2026
The short version: all sales are final. The longer version explains why, and what is put right anyway.
- Why there are no refunds
- Your right of withdrawal
- What is always put right
- Before you buy
- Duplicate and unauthorised charges
- Chargebacks
- How to reach us
1. Why there are no refunds
The book is a digital file. It is delivered in full, immediately, the moment payment clears. There is no way to return it and no way to un-read it, so refunds are not offered on the book itself.
This is stated plainly on the sales page, before you pay, rather than hidden here afterwards.
2. Your right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. That right does not apply to digital content that has been supplied immediately, once you have given your express consent and acknowledged that the right is lost.
By completing your purchase you give that consent and that acknowledgement. Payment cannot be completed without it.
3. What is always put right
Finality applies to changing your mind. It does not apply to anything going wrong on our side. Every one of the following is fixed, the same day, at no charge:
- The email never arrived, or landed somewhere you could not find it.
- The download link expired before you used it.
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open.
- The file will not display properly on your device, in which case you get a copy that works.
- You lost the file and need it again, whether that is next week or in three years.
Write to [contact email] with the email address you bought with, and it is dealt with.
4. Before you buy
The full chapter list, down to the bullet points inside each chapter, is published on the sales page. The format and page count are stated plainly: a 130-page illustrated PDF. Nothing about the contents is a surprise.
If anything is unclear, ask at [contact email] before paying rather than after. Questions are answered honestly, including when the honest answer is that the book is not what you need.
5. Duplicate and unauthorised charges
A duplicate charge for the same order is not a sale. It is an error, and it is refunded in full, promptly, without argument.
If you see a charge on your statement you do not recognise, it will appear as GRAHAMTHEGOLFGUY.COM. If you still believe the charge was not authorised by you, write in immediately and it will be investigated and refunded if that is the case.
6. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, write in first. Almost everything is solved the same day, and it is faster than a bank dispute.
Raising a chargeback on a delivered file, without contacting us first, results in the loss of access to the download and to future editions.
7. How to reach us
Everything on this page goes to one place: [contact email]. Include the email address you used at checkout so the order can be found. Messages are answered within one business day.
